Personal Data Consent

Effective date: September 2, 2026

By ticking the consent box and submitting a form on luna-games.com, I, the data subject, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give LUNA games (Novosibirsk, Russia; hereinafter the “Operator”) my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Personal data covered by this consent

• name;
• phone number;
• e-mail address;
• information about my project that I provide in the form or in further communication.

2. Purposes of processing

• handling my request and communicating with me about it;
• preparing a commercial offer and concluding a contract;
• keeping records of requests in the Operator’s CRM system.

3. Actions with personal data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer to the Operator’s service providers listed in the Privacy Policy (hosting, CRM, notification services), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction, performed with or without the use of automation tools.

4. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid from the moment the form is submitted until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a request to ir-sib@mail.ru. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and deletes my personal data, except where retention is required by law.

5. Governing law

This consent is given in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006. I confirm that I have read the Operator’s Privacy Policy.
